Good day to you my friend, been so long since the last time we had posted an article, end of the month was real head ache for every one, hahaha, now we are here to put up a review of another Multi-Level Marketing company that was called, KDSI Builders of Health and Wealth, now probably for you being in this particular article, you might be searching for the reason why you should join their company, because you aren't sure if they are legitimate or not, are they just another scam that targets your money, and you want to know some background about their company.
What is KDSI?
KDSI stands for King Dnarmsa Spirulina International it was a chinese company name Fuqing King Dnarmsa Spirulina Co. Ltd. established in 1995, at Fuqing City in Fuzhou prefecture in Fujian Province just below the Xiemen city the door step of Taiwan to china by sea, KDSI is a company that especialized in Spirulina.
but the KDSI is different from the KDSI Builders of Health and Wealth, the builders of health and wealth is a filipino company authorized to distribute the products of KDSI of china, they are the authorized MLM company to sell the products of the CHINESE company, and they were established last year on October 2014, with head office located in AIC Burgundy Empire Tower, Garnet st. cor Sapphire St., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. the company is registered under Rising Yuera International Inc.
meaning being a distributor of this company is becoming a distributor of chinese products to our country, opps, no I am not against China products, this company has certifiation and quality standard that meets the USA, and EU standards, but, but, but, we just love our own country, so let us support our Filipino Products instead, but of course for you being here, you are looking for an opportunity to earn for yourself so, please continue to read our review.

the KDSI is basically a producer of products derived from Spirulina, spirulina is a plant that is consumable by human and animals that is a good source of protein and has no known side effects nor toxicity when consumed, it was used as a main staple food in ancient time by aztec people.
their product is 100% organic and cultivated in fuqing city of china, they make organic products that promote nutrition, hygiene and personal care to help people feel good, look good and get more out of life.
Their products includes Kingcee a non-acidic vitamind C, Homoplus a soil ferilizer for agriculture, Coffee mixes, and other health and beauty products.

but before you can join, you must be eligible first. and the qualification is that you should be 18 years old and above and you must have sponsor, sponsor was your upperline, meaning you could not just join from the midst, you must be recruited by someone to became part of their company.
The BIG QUESTION was, How to earn from this Chinese Company?
according to them there are 12 ways to earn from their company, but we could not check out all of it, but atleast we had discovered most of it.
1. Distributors Profit
you can earn by purchasing their product and sell it to other people, and they said that it has a potential of 70% profit. quite high oh. but of course it is not easy to sell, most especially we dont even know their products plus it is a chinese manufacture one, there was always a connotation about chinese products.
2. Direct Referal
this is how networking works, when you manage to send in a direct referral, you will earn 500 pesos each, this is the classic pyramiding scheme of every MLM, because you will be getting your payment from inviting people.
3. Match Bonus
for every match or pair, you will earn another 1,000.00 pesos, which mean if you manage to invite 2 people, you will obviously earn 2,000.00 Pesos instantaneously, and again this part of this program is a red flag, you should not be paid for inviting people to become distributor. at least they could give you more products or more priveledges on discount but should never be in the form of instant money, and what intriguing is that they offer an infinite matching, the only limit is that per day you could only have 20 pairs, in 6 days per week.
as always, the pairing, matching or simply the binary system, is the most abused part of MLM which makes it a scam, as people only goes to your company not because of you product, but the potential to earn by recruiting, and this part of Rising Yuera makes it a potential vehicle of scam.
4. Leadership Bonus
in here they will give you 10% of the earning of your sponsor , but can this be sustainable? what if the sponsor has 10 downlines, that would mean the company needs to pay double, or what if there was 10 recruits or 20 recruits of this sponsor, imagine the volume of bonus in this part of the earning opportunity. if you paid up 6,890 and your sponsor has 20 recruits, that would be 40,000.00 earning from your sponsor and you will take 10% of that, and each of those 20 shall get a piece of that, which accumulate to 120,00.00 pesos worth of pay outs, in that 20, all of you will pay 6,890.00, there would be 137,800.00 gross sale less 120,000.00 then they will take 17,800.00, now how much does the packages really worth, technically, that would worth 890 each package, isnt that overly priced just to pay the networking part of the business. plus there are other ways to earn which make that 890.00 worth even less.
5. Royalty Bonus
here you are promised to get paid by the earnings of your direct referral, thats another 10% from the earnings of your direct referral and the direct referral of your direct referral, or up to 2nd level, so giving away another 10% right? what if we add that to the top, so it was 120,000 plus another 4,000.00 pesos for your sponsor and 4,000.00 to the sponsor of your sponsor, then that would be 128,000.00 Pesos, less 137,800.00 then the cost diminish to 9,900.00 for 20 packages or 490 Pesos. the packages was really overpriced to pay this compensation plans. which mean you are earning for selling an earning opportunity, but not the product, so it is a scam after all.
6. Unilevel Bonus
In here for every people within your pyramid, as you can see in the image, it is a pyramid believe me, you will take 5% of 150.00 Pesos, and that would be your unilevel bonus, and the amount that you could earn was to high, but can you see in the 15th level, it was 14,348,907 People to invite, could you invite them all?, all in all to achieve that 161 million in the images, you have to invite, 21.5 Million individuals, that was 20% of Philippine Population. duh.!!
7. Stair Step Bonus
in here there was a promotion in your status in to knight Elite, King Ambassador and Grand Emperor, and it was base on points you had accumulated, each Direct referral will earn you 100 points, and 200 points for every match, and you have to earn 15,000 for knight, 75,000 for king and 150,000 for Emperor, and the benefit of that was a sales commision that range from 10% to 30% of your sales, but 10% of 6,890.00 is already 689.00 pesos and the cost that left on our previous computation is 490.00 Pesos, which means that they are already negative in the pricing, they could not even make a break even, if they did not for see this then, they are selling in a negative cash flow, which might lead to default and bankruptcy.oops.
8. Break Away Bonus
you could earn 5% from your grand emperor downlines of up to 5th level, and that was too amazing, but they are already negative so we would not continue the computation,
9. Redundant Binary
Redundant, which mean again or repeatedly, which mean if your direct referral happen to enjoy the product, you will gain jut like it was a new referral, and earn the same bonus just like they were a new recruit, and you will earn the same way as if they were new.
10. Car/Condo
this what all networking scam front to their prospects, they will show you the luxury of life, I do remember one time that an Emgoldex marketer happen to take a photo shoot with a parked car and owned it and post it as if it was hers and said that it was the fruit of her hard work in emgoldex, but look at emgoldex now, it is a proven scam, and now on them if you manage to earn a 101,000 matches you will get a car, but can you really invite a 200,000 people in this networking ? it is highly impossible to reach, and a 5,000 matches for a condo unit, this is somewhat achievable if you happen to be on the top of this networking company, but to invite another 10,000 people in an industry that has a high potential of being a scam, it is hard to do that, and with the negative break even point analysis we get in their pricing, how could you even get that.
11. Profit Sharing
a 10% profit sharing from the net income of the company, that's is how much they are willing to give just to invite people to join their networking company, but 10% for a large group of people will never be enough, a million pesos is a large sum of money, but if you divided that in to 10,000 people that will only be 100 pesos each, and to qualify in this payment you must be able to make 5,000 matches and a minimum purchase of 5,000.00 per month or 60,000.00 pesos in a year. so, we don't know if you will still earn from here, and what if the company net loses, I think you should share the loss, Joke! hahaha
12. Travel Incentives.
is this really a way to earn? now it is an incentive. okay this is another lucrative and mouth watering offer to lure people to join their program, this is how they blind people to take away their money.
THE VERDICT
although the KDSI is a legitimate business operating globally, and has a standard in accordance with the international bodies,but the MLM company here in the Philippines which was the Rising Yuera International Inc. that was given the authority by the said company has a high probability of a SCAM, and uses the KDSI of china to cover up their intentions to collect money from the Filipinos, even they had the authority, it does not give them a direct linkages to the KDSI, in which they are different entities with different ways to earn, it is like Save More that sells grocery items but is not related to any of the branded products,
the networking aspect of KDSI here in the Philippines is operating in a way most scam network did and they had a high probability of becoming one, using a well established company to hide themselves from any suspicion, as we review the totality of the company, we find areas that is not sustainable nor even profitable and has a high possibility of default, and the pricing is way too high that is especially design to promote the recruitment aspect rather that the selling aspect of the company, that is why we at Pinoysamdetector.com give our non biased opinion that they might fall a into a scam network, they were legitimate and registered, but as we go deeper we had seen every reason to say that they might not.
